Andy Bloch is one of the most educated of poker players around. He has under his belt not one but two degrees in engineering from none other than MIT and another degree in law from the Harvard university. With brains of this caliber he was sure to make a mark in the game of poker no doubt. The thing about Andy Bloch was that he could have pursued a career in either engineering or law after the kind of degrees that he had to his name but he chose to play poker professionally.
Andy Bloch lives in LA, Nevada and has participated in 73 cashes so far. His total earnings up till now have been $4,128,388 and he stands are First Place Finishes at 9. He was always coaxed into pursuing his career in the academic field but he threw convention to the wind and joined the game of poker. This gamble of his has paid off and in the ten years or so that he has dedicated to professional poker he has been able to garner substantial wins for himself. He has been features in several different kinds of television shows and has also featured in many a newspaper. The unique experiences in life that he has had have always ignited the interest in his fans. The brave and courageous way in which he stood by his interest of playing poker even though it went against conventional wisdom has always gone on to make good reading.
Andy Bloch has accomplished several things in the game and has participated in several different final tournament tables. His last win in June 2010 at the 41st World Series of Poker 2010 and this is where Andy Bloch secured a place of 118th and won $3,845.
He was born in the year 1969 and has achieved plentiful as a professional player. He hales from New Haven in Connecticut.

Jennifer Harman was born in Reno, Nevada. She can regularly be found at the highest stakes cash game at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. She has featured in several television and print coverage and was part of the team of poker players who found their mention in the The Professor, the Banker, and the Suicide King. Other accomplishment is that she wrote the Limit Hold ’em chapter for SuperSystem 2. She is married to Marco Traniello and has no children.
Jennifer Harman continues to be an ace woman player and actually is able to stand in a man’s domain very well. According to Jennifer Harman, it helps to be a woman and one who can play poker well. The way her opponents see her is like a typical stereotypical meek girl and that might prove to be their undoing.
When Jennifer Harman is at the Poker Table she continues to be a force to reckon with. Although Jennifer Harman is not a really big built girl, the tenacity and perseverance to win comes through as soon as she is at the poker table. She seems to be a transformed person once she is at the poker table based on the powerful presence and the passion that she carries for the game. The expertise and the total years of poker playing experience that she brings to the table makes her an opponent to be watched out for. She has played, participated and perfected all the poker playing games there are and this makes her one of the best all round poker players around.
Jennifer Harman ahs several favorite poker players and they are Chip Reese, Ted Forrest and John Hennigan. These are the three poker players who have been poker players who have gone on to impress her greatly with their strategies and techniques adopted at the table. She has won the 2000 World Series of Poker $5,000 Buy-in Deuce-to-seven No-limit Draw Event and the 2002 World Series of Poker $5,000 Buy-in Limit Hold’em Event.

Pretty solid Mike Matusow interview by Amanda Leatherman for Pokerroad. She starts off a little “off” but as the interview continues Mike the Mouth gets into it, Amanda gets more comfortable and we get a nice view in the mind of Mikey.
